Civic Garden (formerly known as Belo Garden), owned and maintained by the City of Dallas and managed by Downtown Dallas Parks Conservancy, This park is a beautiful outdoor 1.7 acre urban oasis in the heart of Downtown Dallas.  Filled with beautiful plants and trees, it is designed to give people a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are more than 100 trees and more than 10,000 individual ornamental grasses, seasonal flowers and decorative shrubs to explore and enjoy.
