1. Do I have to be a City of Dallas resident for my child to participate in Send A Kid to Camp?

Yes. All participants in the Send a Kid to Camp program must reside in the City of Dallas. A Dallas ISD report card or proof or residency is required at registration.

2. Are meals provided for children enrolled in the Send A Kid to Camp program?

Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided at all Send A Kid to Camp sites.

3. Are there any fees for my child to participate in the Send A Kid to Camp Program?

No there are no fees for your child to participate in the Send A Kid to Camp Program. Due to the contributions from citizens and businesses of the City of Dallas, the entire program is free.

4. How can I donate funds to the Send A Kid to Camp program?

Funds can be donated by clicking on our quick link and donating funds through the Communities Foundation of Texas. A donation of $30 will provide one child the opportunity to experience a summer camp full of enrichment activities and field trips.
