I am required to do community service, what steps do I need to take?: Mandated Volunteer Program (MVP) is a program administered by the Volunteer Center of North Texas. Contact 214-821-8711 for more information. Once you meet with a coordinator at the Volunteer Center, you may request to be referred to a City of Dallas Park and Recreation facility.

1. What is the minimum age to volunteer?: The minimum age to volunteer is 15 years old. Exceptions may be made for younger volunteers with the accompaniment of a parent or guardian.
