1. How do I register for a program?

Registration for programs can be done at the Recreation Center. Adult sport leagues register teams rather than individuals. The captain / coach should be the contact for the team and should register the team.

2. Do I have to have a recreation card to participate in an adult sports league?

Yes. Anyone that participates in a City of Dallas recreation program must purchase a recreation card.

4. Can I register online for my recreation card?

Visit our online registration page to purchase your recreation card. You will get a key fob card on your first visit to the Recreation Center. online registration page

5. What if I dont have a team but want to play a sport.

Contact the staff at the recreation center and they will be able to put you in contact with a team that may need additional players.
