The Dallas Park and Recreation Department wish to invite all interested Design / Build teams to submit Statements of Qualification for the Reverchon Ballpark Design/Build Restoration and Improvements project. The SOQs must be submitted electronically by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2022 to http://dallascityhall.Bonfirehub.com. C/O the Office of Purchasing Agent of the City of Dallas.
Pre-Submittal Meeting: There will be an in-person pre-submittal conference on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Reverchon Ballpark Grandstand at 3505 Maple Ave., 75219.
Please register as prospective respondent HERE. This lets us know where to send Q&A responses and other notifications about the project during the SOQ submittal phase. Please ask questions about the project HERE. Questions can be submitted until 5pm on May 10, 2022.
