Do you enjoy sewing and sewing in groups? Then come sew with us at Project Sew as we share the art & skill of sewing! Presented by the Dallas Park and Recreation Department, Project Sew brings novices and expert seamstresses together once a month to sew in a fun and creative environment. Project Sew is free and open to the public with a City of Dallas Recreation Center Pass. Join us for the whole day or a few hours. Come and go as you please but don't forget your sewing machine, materials and your lunch. Registration and City of Dallas Annual Recreation Pass is required. Free with City of Dallas Annual Recreation Pass. Dallas Resident: $15; Non-Resident: $25; Children 6-17: $5; Seniors: $10; Non-Resident Seniors: $25; Day Passes: $5. Take pride in your community and help the Dallas Park and Recreation Department "Branch Out" by planting trees to improve the tree canopies in neighborhood parks. The tree species are identified by our park professionals and will be supplied by the Dallas Park and Recreation Department. Groups and individual volunteers needed!
